In accordance with the 6698 numbered Privacy Act (from hereinafter will be shortly referred to as “the Act”) as Heriş Seramik ve Turizm Sanayi Anonim Şirketi (from hereinafter will be shortly referred to as “Heriş” or “the Company”) holding the title as the data supervisor, hereby, we present you the following details within the scope of our obligation to clarify the issues for us to act in accordance with the Act related with the personal data of you we obtain as you become an employee of our Company:

You personal data (for example, you identity particulars, your contact details, your visual data, personnel data, education details, financial data, digital trace data, license plate details of your vehicle(s) and etc. other data) and your private data (for example, your health data, your criminal record details, your biometric data, your memberships in foundations/associations you share in your resume, as well as the information and details such as your religious information and blood type information, among your private data and provided in your identity cards which can also be provided indirectly from your identity card and/or driving license) are processed finitely by Heriş in order to issue your employment agreement, provide fringe rights and benefits, execute performance evaluation processes and training activities, fulfill the legislative liabilities including creating your personnel file, provide employment examination and periodical examinations and healthcare services by the workplace physician, fulfill occupational health and safety requirements and liabilities, take and analyze a tissue sample (hand swab) from your hand in order to perform a hygiene detection if it is considered necessary for the operational procedures, execute exhibition, event, travel, visa and organization processes, get camera recordings in order to ensure safety and security of the workplace, track entrances and exits to/from the workplace for the same purpose, allocate and a lodging facility if you are about to benefit from this right and control entrances and exits to/from this facility, keep logs of created in the electronic environment in accordance with the 5651 numbered law, process and broadcast your personal data if a video or photo shoot to be performed at the workplace and/or exhibitions in order to prepare promotional videos for our Company, implement audit, inspection, investigation, reporting, internal control and supervision activities of the company, if your leave your company, to keep and use your files in the electronic and physical environments to ensure sustainability of our operations, fulfill the demands of public institutions and organizations and make related notifications to them, ensure data and information security, manage access authorizations, provide, execute and our services within the context of the activities of our Company, meet demands and comply with the related regulations, policies and procedures. 3. Parties and Purposes for Transferring Processed Personal Data

Your personal data we collect, limited with the reasons needing them to be transferred within the purposes described in the 2nd Article of this Employee Information Note and the Act and related regulations, can be transferred to public institutions and organizations, our consultants which we receive their services and the firms which we cooperate with such as information technologies, education and training, insurance, occupational health and safety companies, laboratories, exhibition and event organization companies, banks, hotels, travel agencies, the audit companies which we get contracted services, attorneys, suppliers and etc.

4. Collection Method of Personal Data and Legal Grounds

Your personal data can be collected through manual or automatic means based and limited with the legal grounds for the legitimate interests of the data supervisor from the oral and/or written information provided by you to our Company, from public institutions and organizations and camera recordings as you are an employee of our Company and this is clearly stipulated in the 5th article of the Act in order to execute and fulfill your employment agreement, legal liability of the data supervisor, establishing and providing your rights provided that you give your explicit consent for that.

You are entitled within the frame of the regulations of the privacy act to learn whether your personal data is processed or not, demand information on it if they are processed; learn the purpose of processing and whether they are used in accordance with these purposes, learn the third parties whom you personal data is transferred; demand them to be corrected if they are processed incompletely or incorrectly; demand them to be erased or destroyed or anonymized if the reasons for processing them are no longer present; demand them to be notified to the third parties they are transferred in case of these cases or any correction; object if you consider that there is a damning result in consequence of analyzing the processed data exclusively by automatic systems and demand your loss/damage to be indemnified if you are exposed to any loss/damage because of illegal processing of them. and executing and improving our services within the scope of the activities of our Company and adapting the activities of our Company with the related regulations and the policies and procedures of the Company.
